Stoked Surf School was founded 10 years ago by Donna Henderson and her all-female coaching staff. Stoked is regarded as the premium surf school in Sumner, Christchurch. 

Donna has stepped back from teaching lessons, however her stoke for surfing hasn't waned. She remains an inspirational water woman, rocking a list of titles including New Zealand's senior titles for short board and South Island Long board Titles.

These days the business is lead by Nolan Hungerford. Nolan brings a wealth of educational expertise as well as frothing like a grommet on anything surf.

When Donna and Nolan aren’t out catching their daily waves, they are helping with the next generation of surfers. Donna loves empowering women to conquer the line up and Nolan runs the Canterbury Secondary school surf trainings.
